Tan Y Castell Bakery is the creation of Paul and Linda Mear who started the company over 20 years ago from their family farm at the foot of the Preseli Hills in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Today, we are proud that we remain a family run business who are passionate about provenance and producing a range of traditional, award-winning and quality products that showcase the best of Wales.
