We are proud that all the baking remains to be done by hand. Our exclusive baking process allows the flavours in the cake to develop, resulting in a moist cake.

We believe that using quality ingredients and our unique process is what makes our Bara Brith extra special. Made without butter or margarine, this is a low-fat treat that you can enjoy without the guilt! However, we do suggest slathering with Welsh Salted Butter!
